Virtual viewings through Covid Pandemic

Strive's Detailed Craftsmanship in Phoenix Apartments' Virtual Experience

Strive were commissioned to recreate a typical two-bedroom apartment for Capital & Centric’s new Phoenix Apartments development, helping form part of the scheme’s marketing campaign and redevelopment of the Piccadilly East district of Manchester.

The aim for the project was to allow anyone to experience and navigate the apartment at their own pace remotely, while highlighting the attention to detail in the design and finish. We were provided with architectural plans and a full interior design scheme allowing accurate recreation of each element down to fine detailing such as the throw cushions fabric on the sofa. Further to this, the apartment required a homely feel to enrich the user experience, and empathy with the target audience displayed in details such as the unmade bed. As part of the final app, the software included an animated architectural fly-through video of the apartment which was subsequently used across the Capital & Centric website and their YouTube page resulting in over 6,500 views.

Pioneering Remote Real Estate Experiences on iOS

Additionally, the environment was exported onto the Apple Appstore using the iOS format. This enabled Capital & Centric’s target audience to easily access, download and interact with the environment remotely via iPhones and iPads.

Capital & Centric noted that despite travel restrictions due to the COVID pandemic, the apps remote capability meant they could continue to engage with their target audience through remote viewings providing a significant advantage over competitors. This continued engagement has allowed viewings to continue virtually, enabling business to function as usual and demonstrate Capital & Centric as an innovative market leader in the residential space.
