New Car Sales Executive

Strive Group is looking for the right candidate to join our New Car Sales team. Our client launched their direct-to-consumer sales model in April 2024 and Strive Group are providing support to the customers and retailers through the omni-channel purchase process.

Hours: Full time 37.5 hours a week, over 5 days
Core hours Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
Late shift (approx. once per fortnight) 11.00am – 7.00pm
Weekend working (rota, approx. once per eight weeks) with mid-week day in lieu 9.00am – 1.00pm

Salary: £26,750 - £28,750 per annum

About the job:

A New Car Sales Executive drives the standard in omni-channel sales support. Liaising with customers and retailers to ensure an optimal customer experience, you will support client sales targets by connecting with customers, demonstrating best practice and sound product knowledge. The role demands strong communication, self-motivation, a passion for delivering an extraordinary customer experience, and a keen sales mentality.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Respond to all enquiries via telephone, email, and chat with the aim of converting a prospect into a customer

  • Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication to progress their vehicle purchase and enhance their omni-channel experience

  • Progress customer enquiries appropriately on the CRM system (Salesforce) to enable future follow-up, accurately capture marketing preferences where applicable, and adhere to all GDPR regulations

  • Support the client with sales enquires and Salesforce-related queries, identify and escalate technical issues as appropriate

  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly activity levels, targets and positive outcomes]

  • Meet Quality Assurance Standards
