Strive Group is looking for the right candidate to join one of our Business Centre teams to support our client’s National Contract Hire and Leasing Manager.  Our client is revolutionising the automotive industry with its commitment to sustainable performance, minimalist design and advanced technology. This year marks a pivotal moment for the brand, with the launch of new car models and an intensified focus on delivering an extraordinary customer sales experience.

£28,750 per annum

Full time 37.5 hours a week

Predominantly Monday – Friday 9.00 – 5.00pm (some flexibility may be required outside of these hours)

About The Job

This role supports the day-to-day delivery of automotive fleet operations by working closely with leasing providers, fleet management companies, internal teams, and customers.  Working with our client’s National Contract Leasing Manager, you will take ownership of co-ordinating queries and resolving issues efficiently, collaborating across teams to support escalations and ensure a smooth customer experience.

The role is actively involved in strengthening brand presence through test drives, campaigns, and marketing initiatives, while keeping industry platforms and CRM systems accurate and up to date. You’ll analyse sales and market data, track competitor activity, and share insights that support business reviews and inform future planning. This position suits someone adaptable and solutions-driven, with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine passion for building relationships and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities   

  • Support day-to-day activities between key stakeholders, including leasing providers, fleet management companies, and customers

  • Co-ordinate queries to prompt resolution via collaboration with internal and external teams

  • Collaborate with relevant teams on escalations

  • Plan, and attend where appropriate, meetings with leasing providers and fleet management companies

  • Build brand profile through activities such as test drives, marketing initiatives, and campaigns

  • Maintain up to date information on industry platforms

  • Conduct regular analysis on leasing provider/fleet management company sales data including supporting business reviews and liaising with the Fleet Operations Team to identify order/cancellation trends

  • Complete market analysis and report on competitor activity/trends to guide strategic planning

  • Maintain an industry leading CRM solution that maximises pre-sale, contract and renewal opportunities

  • Support additional schemes and or programmes as required to drive organisation objectives
