Coffee Room Team Member

We are a Harrogate based company, looking for someone to work as part of our small friendly team in our new Coffee Room.

About The Job

As a coffee room team member, you will have the ability to multitask and the flexibility to adapt to changing requirements. This is a hands-on role, for someone who is energetic, personable and driven to provide an outstanding service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service.  Greet and serve customers, take food and drink orders accurately, serve promptly and courteously

  • Food and Beverage Handling and Preparation.  Prepare hot beverages, prepare food items, handle safely and present according to agreed standards

  • Cleaning and Maintenance.  Keep the coffee room area, (incl. tables, floors and equipment etc.) clean and tidy at all times

  • Restocking And Stock Management.  Monitor and restock food, beverage and other supplies, ensure displays are well stocked and products used according to relevant use/sell by dates

  • Point Of Sale Operations

  • Hygiene And Safety.  Adhere to food hygiene and health and safety regulations, ensuring proper storage of ingredients and maintaining personal hygiene
