Delivering an Innovative Virtual Property Showcase

RW Invest, a distinguished property investment company with a rich 19-year history, sought to revolutionise their property showcasing methods. Renowned for connecting buy-to-let investors with top-tier investment opportunities, they aimed to upgrade from using traditional 360 images to a more dynamic and immersive solution. The objective was to provide a more realistic and engaging experience for potential investors, allowing them to thoroughly explore and understand the properties, particularly their new development, The Gateway in Liverpool.

 
 

To meet RW Invest's aspirations, we developed a state-of-the-art virtual solution using our Interactive Customer Experience (ICE) technology. Our team meticulously reconstructed The Gateway to precise scale, ensuring an authentic representation of the property, which was still under construction. This 3D interactive software enabled users to navigate through the property, visiting different apartment types and amenities like the gym and spa.

Special attention was paid to the exact measurements of the property, ensuring a realistic spatial experience. We incorporated highly detailed assets and materials, mirroring the actual finishes and textures, to enhance the realism. This level of detail was instrumental in providing a comprehensive understanding of what the completed properties would look like, thereby aiding investors in making informed decisions.

 

The introduction of our Interactive Customer Experience technology significantly transformed RW Invest's property showcasing capabilities. Our visualisation team provided RW Invest with a superior tool, far surpassing the effectiveness of their previous 360 image-based method. The immersive and detailed virtual experience was not only more engaging for potential investors but also offered a more accurate representation of the properties. Pleased with the outcome, RW Invest planned to replace their old showcasing tool with our 3D interactive software for all future property presentations. This shift marks a significant enhancement in their marketing approach, aligning with their reputation for offering award-winning property investment opportunities.
