With available floors to let and competition from new local office space developments in close proximity, Strive were tasked to create a brand identity and interior graphics scheme that engaged the target audience and presented the development as a modern and attractive destination for business.

After visiting the site and surrounding area to establish its current identity and potential for change, we conducted thorough research into the building and area. After an initial concept phase and liaison with the client on the chosen direction, a new, fresh and forward thinking brand was developed. This was then rolled out into an interior graphics scheme incorporating all signage, feature walls and manifestations.
