LaSalle manage properties and funds on behalf of institutional investors and were looking to improve the profile of Hockley Industrial Estate.

The brand, signage and wayfinding of the park were dated and it was difficult to find. Strive attended the site to give a full appraisal and developed a brand which anchored the park back to its roots as a major transport link for Birmingham and developed a full signage and wayfinding package.

The new brand raised the profile of the park and with the addition of further wayfinding signage made it much more accessible.

Hockley Industrial Estate is now fully let and the tenants are much more engaged with the park. Their clients and suppliers find it much easier to find them and LaSalle have received positive feedback about the works. This led to Strive being commissioned on a further 3 estate projects for LaSalle.
